6. Data Ownership & Privacy

• You retain ownership of all data you enter into 6DollarCRM.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle and protect your data.
• All 6DollarCRM IT infrastructure and data is hosted in the United States. Companies domiciled outside of the United States are responsible for compliance with local data protection laws, and should not sign up for 6DollarCRM nor use 6DollarCRM services if any concerns exist.

7. Termination

• You can close your account at any time via your settings or by emailing [email protected].
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• 6DollarCRM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• To the maximum extent allowed by law, we're not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
